Burning Fat and Gaining Muscle – It’s Time to Get Serious

No joke guys – are you serious about this – do you really want to burn fat gain muscle? Do you really want to get rid of that flab, build your stamina, get your abs firmed up, lose weight, put on muscle and generally start to look and feel like a human being of your own age? It’s time baby! It’s time to ‘burn fat, build muscle, get fit!’ You do agree don’t you?
Now one thing to get straight is that diet is very important. You can’t go cutting out all the carbs because if you do that you will be in trouble after a time. You want to burn fat not muscle, but if you lose all your fat what is left to burn? So while exercising it is very important to eat a balanced and sensible diet. But we’ll talk more about that later.
Fat gain comes from eating the wrong stuff and doing too little. It’s a true saying, if a cruel one, that no fat people ever came out of a concentration camp. That’s not to make light of their dreadful ordeal, but to make the point that if you eat very little you will lose weight. Everybody will lose wight under such a regime so don’t give me that feeble excuse, “it doesn’t matter how hard I try, I just can’t lose weight.“ It’s not true! You’re eating too much – that’s what is true! Don’t hate me now – you know I am right!
OK now – right! If you follow my recommended program you’ll build muscle mass and you’ll be building stamina and strength as well. You’ll experience wight loss and start to feel fitter than you have for a long time. If you really prepared to put your all into this you can burn fat fast. You will lose body fat and gain muscular ability all round. Now that has to be an improvement doesn’t it?
